The mission of the Core Integration program is to promote one’s own ability to use the bio-movement pathways, which have been there throughout our evolution and development, by accessing central nervous system intelligence to maintain upright core supported posture, stay body-aligned, aware, fit and well. Core Integration does it by following specific intrinsic paths based on functional and structural anatomy and biomechanics, and providing the lessons and the exercises to get there.

This DVD is an entire course on :

• the body’s six primary core pathways of movement transmission and function plus two main secondary pathways-the shoulder arms, and the breathing, each with six corresponding pathways.

• the corresponding floor lesson-exercises, based on principles of MFeldenkrais awareness through movement.
