13 Forms Tai Chi

Thursday evenings, 6 pm

Learn the essential 8 postures and 5 movements of ALL Tai Chi and follow ANY "Family Style" with ease and understanding. Great as a form of Taoist Yoga. A formidable martial art with extended training (offered in these classes)!
